compartmentalized fashion. Never do they look at how all of the

clients of mine whose bad back has been caused by issues with their
knees, their hips, or even their feet. Everything affects
everything else.
- Most importantly, as similar as we all are, we are all very, very different!

to take your body...your movement patterns...the uniqueness of your

conspire to throw your body maps out of whack.
This is critical to understand because these body maps are an
intricate part of your brain that very much determines how you “use”
your body and take action – whether that action is sitting, standing,
bending over, pounding around all day on those hard hospital
floors or the more finely tuned actions of:
- Setting an IV line
- Drawing blood
- Intubating a patient
- Therapy and treatment administration
- Operating cumbersome medical equipment
If your
maps have developed in a dysfunctional way, you will experience
dysfunction…like the back

Dysfunctional body maps lead to poor, or inefficient,
self use...
...inefficient self use, over time, leads to pain and

maps as the foundation for your building. If a structure is
built on a poor foundation, it will inevitably, and always, have issues.
The weak foundation will shift, walls will crack, floors
will settle, and window and door frames will shift causing even more
